Help with your account, readings or check-ins during the beta.

Need help with NinePath? Write to support@ninepath.app.

Support is in English. Include your app version, device type and a short description of the problem. Do not send your password, payment-card details, birth details, reading text or check-in answers.

We use the information you send to assess and answer your request, as explained in our Privacy Policy. This inbox is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. If things feel heavy, see Finding support for emergency numbers and free support lines.

Account and privacy

Delete your NinePath account

You can request account deletion on our public page without reinstalling NinePath. For access, correction or other privacy requests, email support@ninepath.app and describe what you need. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your request. You can stop new analytics events at any time by turning off Help improve NinePath in Settings. When you delete your account, we also review analytics records linked to your app installation. Where we can identify them, we ask the relevant provider to delete them. We may ask for an installation identifier where needed and explain any limits on what we can find.

Purchases in this beta

This beta has no paywall, no prices and no purchase flow. Beta testers get all features, including Plus, free through the end of 18 November 2026 in their local time. There is nothing to buy, cancel or refund in the beta. Your statutory rights remain unchanged. If you want to exercise a legal right, tell us clearly in your message. Check-ins and readings

Check-ins are optional, available from age 18 and used only after your explicit agreement. They personalise the You part of today's reading and provide today's Inner Compass, a small step and a reflection question. Turn them off in Settings › Daily check-ins to withdraw consent. We immediately stop using and displaying your saved answers and what we worked out from them, and delete both from our active systems within 24 hours. Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions and not medical, therapeutic, financial or legal advice. The Terms of Use explain how readings are made.
